      Install the plugins.

      Preparation:

      Brushes and selections - copy to your PSP folders
      or arrange here: File - Preferences - File locations
      Open your tubes,images and masks - in your PSP
    • Presets_Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 - Double Click on the Eye Candy Presets, they will be imported automatically
      Install the font on your c-disk


  • Preparation
    Set your Foreground color to BLACK , and your Background color to WHITE.
    Set your Background color to Foreground/Background Gradient with following settings:

    Set your Background color to gradient Fading Background gradient:

    Material palette looks like this

    NOTE: It you use your own images or tubes, make them the same size. !!!

    Note: This tutorial is made with X9, but can also be made in other PSP Versions, if not please let Ann know. In previous versions some Blend Mode effects can be different 
    In PSP 14.15 & 16 there is no option for Image - Mirror & Image -  Flip. There is a new option but this does not give the same result except when the tube/image covers the whole image from side to side. Please install the script

    The tutorial

  1. File - New - choose the gradient - right mouse click in the color box:

  2. Effects - Plugins - Sybia - Xaggerat: custom settings - click apply
  3. Effects - Plugins - IC net software - unlimited 2.0 - AFS Import - MIRROFF: custom settings - click aply
  4. Activate the image: pexels-photo-1110656.jpeg, Edit - Copy
  5. Activate your work, Edit - Paste as new layer
  6. Layer palette: Opacity: 60%, Blend mode: normal
  7. Layers - New rasterlayer
  8. Flood fill tool - fill the layer with the background gradient (Fading white)
  9. Layers - new mask layer - from Image:
  10. Layers - Merge - Merge group
  11. Layers - New rasterlayer
  12. Materials: Replace foreground gradient with BLACK
  13. Flood fill tool fill the layer with BLACK
  14. Layer palette: Opacity: 40%, Blend mode: normal
  15. Materials: Replace background gradient with color white
  16. Layers - New rasterlayer
  17. Selection Tool - Custom selection:

    with these values:

  18. Flood fill tool en fill selection with WHITE
  19. Selections - Modify - contract with 1px
  20. Flood fill tool - fill selection with black
  21. Selections - Select None
  22. Effects - Plugins - mura's meister - perspective tiling:
  23. Effects - 3D Effects : -14/0/75/50 color black - all unchecked
  24. Materials: Replace the white color with the Fade White gradient
  25. Layers - New rasterlayer
  26. Selections - Load/Save Selection - Load Selection From Disk::@nn_291118_Selectie_001_Mia_tdstudio20
  27. Activate Flood fill tool - fill selection with the background gradient
  28. Selections - Select None
    Result :
  29. Layers - New rasterlayer
  30. Selections - Load/Save Selection - Load Selection From Disk::@nn_291118_Selectie_002_Mia_tdstudio20 and click "Load"
  31. Activate Flood fill tool - fill selection with background gradient
  32. Selections - Select None
  33. Layer palette: Opacity: 70%, Blend mode: Overlay
  34. Layers - New rasterlayer
  35. Paint Brush Tool - Look in the menu for @nn_291118_brush_001_Mia_tdstudio20 - Stamp with the WHITE background gradient:
  36. Layer palette: Opacity: 100%, Blend mode: overlay
  37. Layers - New rasterlayer
  38. Paint Brush Tool - Look in the menu for @nn_291118_brush_002_Mia_tdstudio20 - Stamp with the WHITE background gradient:

  40. Paint Brush Tool - Look in the menu for @nn_291118_brush_003_Mia_tdstudio20 - Stamp with the WHITE background gradient:
  41. Layers - New rasterlayer
  42. Activate Selection tool - Custom selection - with these values:
  43. Activate Flood fill tool and fill selection with background gradient
  44. Selections - Select None
  45. Effects - Distortion effects - Wave:

  46. Materials: Close the background color :
  47. Activate Pen Tool with these settings:

    Draw a curved line:
  48. Materials: Open the background color again
  49. Activate Text tool with these settings (size 28, anti alias smooth and stroke width 0,0)


    Hold your mouse on the black line until you see a little bow with an arrow underneath :
    Type : I just want to thank you for being my reason to look forward to the next day
    Click on any other tool to deactivate.
  50. Layer Palette: Click on the little white arrow next to Vector Layer 1, two new Layers appear
    Click on the little eye of the Layer called "Nieuw pad ( New Path)" to close it down, your help line will disappear

  51. Layers - convert to raster layer
  52. Move tool, Move your text a little higher see example:

  53. Activate the file: @nn_291118_afgeronde-rechthoek_tdstudio2.0.pspimage, Edit - Copy
  54. Activate your work, Edit - Paste as new layer (do not move)
  55. Effects - Plugins - alien skin eye candy 5 - impact - extrude - tab settings/user settings and choose my preset @nn_291118_Mia_EC5_EX.f1s
  56. Effects - Image Effects - Offset:
  57. Layers - Duplicate
  58. Image - resize:
  59. Move the little table to a place of your choice
  60. Layers - Duplicate
  61. Image - resize same settings as used before
  62. and again - move to a place of your choice
  63. Layers - Merge - Move down - twice
  64. Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow - same settings as used before
  65. Activate the file: @nn_080508_photos_greendress_tdstudio_small.pspimage, Edit - Copy
  66. Activate your work, Edit - Paste as new layer and move to the right
  67. Layers - duplicate
  68. Adjust - Blur - Gaussian blur: radius 12
  69. Layers - arrange - Move down
  70. Window - duplicate - proceed with the copy, keep your original work open
  71. Layers - Merge - Merge all Layers (flatten)
  72. Image - resize:
  73. Image - Add borders - 1 px black, symm. checked
  74. Image - Add borders - 5 px wit, symm. checked
  75. Edit - Copy
  76. Edit - Paste as new layer on your work
  77. Move tool, move to the main little table
  78. Effects - Plugins - alien skin eye candy 5: impact - perspective shadow - tab settings/user settings - choose my preset: @nn_291118_Mia_EC5_PS.f1s
  79. Copy - Copy special - Copy merged
  80. Activate the frame: @nn_291118_frame_mia_tdstudio2.0.pspimage, Edit - Paste as new layer - Layers - Merge - Merge all Layers (flatten)
  81. Add your name or watermark, save as JPG file and you're done!
