Preparation
Install the filters
Open PSP
Extract the tubes in a file of your choice or open in PSP
Open the mask in PSP and minimize. .
Material
Foreground color #fdfdc4 and background color #74010b
Material Foreground :
Prepare a Foreground-background gradient with these settings

The lesson

  1. File - New - New image
  2. Flood fill tool - flood fill with the background color
  3. Layers - New Raster layer
  4. Flood fill with the gradient
  5. Effects - Plugins - Gittes Plugins - Pattern with these settings
  6. Effects - Reflection effects - Kaleidoscope
  7. Layer palette - Blend mode = Burn
    This is the result
  8. Layers - merge - merge visible
  9. Layers - Duplicate
  10. Layers - New Raster layer
  11. Flood fill Tool - flood fill with this color #c0c0c0
  12. The mask Tyleress_mask 6 has to be on your PSP work space (minimized is OK)

    Your working area is active
  13. Layers - new mask layer- from image
  14. Close the mask
  15. On your working area - Layers - Merge - Merge groupe
  16. Selection Tool - Custom Selection - with these settings
  17. Effecten - Plugins - Gittes Plugins - Gradients
  18. Layer palette -blend mode from this selection = Multiply
  19. Selections - Deselect
  20. Layers - Duplicate
  21. Image - Flip
    This is the result
  22. Layers - Merge - Merge down
  23. Layer palette - opacity = 40
  24. Open de tube Cat_1_18.10
  25. Tube layer has to be active
  26. Edit - Copy
  27. Close the tube
  28. On your working area - Edit - Paste as new Layer
  29. Move Tool - Place in the left top corner
  30. Layer palette -opacity of this layer = 15
  31. Effecten - Plugins - Simple - Top left mirror
  32. Open the tube Cat_1_24.4
  33. Tube layer has to be active
  34. Edit - Copy
  35. Close the tube
  36. On your working area - Edit - Paste as new Layer - No need to move.
  37. Layer palette - blend mode Luminance (Legacy)
  38. Layer palette - Close bottom layer
  39. Layers - merge - merge visible
  40. Selections - Select all
  41. Selections - Modify - Contract with 5 pixels
  42. Selections - Invert
  43. Flood fill Tool - flood fill with the gradient
  44. Effects - 3D Effects - Inner bevel- with these settings
  45. Selections - Deselect
  46. Image - Resize with these settings
  47. Open the background layer again
  48. Move the resized layer to the top left - see example
  49. Effects - Image effects- Seamless tiling with these settings

  50. Layers - merge - merge visible

  52. Selections - Modify - Contract with 5 pixels

  54. Flood fill Tool - flood fill with the gradient
  55. Effects - 3D Effects - Inner bevel- with the same settings

  57. Material palette- Close foreground color and switch colors. Yellow color is now the background color
  58. Activate the text tool, write a text of your choice or use mine :
    No heaven will not ever Heaven be;
    Unless my cats are there to welcome me
    with these settings (I used the font Edwardian script anti alias = sharp)
  59. Layer palette - convert to raster layer
  60. Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow
  61. Move Tool - move to a nice spot - or see my example below
  62. Layers - Duplicate
  63. Activate the original text layer
  64. Effects - Distortion effects- Wind from left

  65. Layer palette - opacity of this layer = 37
  66. Activate the layer again
  67. Layers - New Raster layer
  68. Selection Tool - Custom Selection with these settings
  69. Open the text file
  70. Edit - Copy
  71. Close the file
  72. On your working area - Edit - Paste into selection
  73. Effecten - Plugins - Gittes Plugins - Gittes Diamonds - Selection stays active
  74. Layers - Duplicate
  75. Image - mirror
  76. Selections - Deselect
  77. Layer palette -Blend mode - Soft light
  78. Layers - Merge - Merge down
  79. Layers - Duplicate
  80. Image - free rotate - 90° Right
  81. Move tool - Move up and place into the rectangle on the right - see example
  82. Open the tube SilverShoe-SMTubes
  83. Tube layer has to be active
  84. Edit - Copy
  85. Close the tube
  86. On your working area - Edit - Paste as new Layer
  87. Move tool - Move to the right
  88. Layer palette -opacity 24 - blend mode = Luminance (Legacy)
  89. Layers - Duplicate - Make the original tube layer active
  90. Adjust - Blur - Gausian blur - radius 20
  91. Layer palette -Change opacity of this layer into 63 and blend mode normal
  92. Layers - Merge - Merge all (flatten)
  93. Image - Add bordes - symmetric checked - 35 pixels foreground color
  94. Magic Wand tool - tolerance and feather = 0 - select this red border
  95. Effects - 3D Effects - Cutout
  96. And repeat with these values
  97. Selections - Deselect
  98. Image - Add bordes - symmetric checked - 1 pixel black
  99. Add Watermark
  100. File - Save as- give a name.jpg
