    Image - Resize - 80% - Smart Size

48. On your tag - Edit - Paste as new Layer.
    Use the tube with this size, do not make it smaller
49. Move tool - move the tube under the selection
    
50. Selections - Invert
51. Layer Palette -Promote selection to layer- opacity of the layer = 27
52. Activate the original tube layer
53. Push delete on your keyboard
