Preparation
Install filters
Preset Alien Skin Eye Candy 5: Impact: double click for automatic installation
Preset Emboss 3 extract to your map presets
Extract masks into your map with masks
Open the program
Open the tubes in in your program and minimize

Foreground #f4b3c9 and background #d33582
Material foreground - Prepare foreground-background gradient with these settings

The lesson

1. File - New - New Image - Click right in the color box and choose the gradient
   
2. Effects - Plugins - Penta.com - Color dot
   
3. Layers - New raster layer
   Flood fill tool - fill with gradient
   Effects - Texture Effects - Weave
   
4. Layers -Load/save mask - load mask from disk and choose
   
   Layers - Merge - Merge group
   Layer palette - Blend mode = soft light
5. Material - Foreground color = white
   
   Layers - New raster layer
   Flood fill tool - Fill with foreground gradient
   Layers -Load/save mask - load mask from disk and choose mask 13 mask wf
   
   Layers - Merge - Merge group
   Effects - Edge Effects - Enhance
6. Layers - Duplicate
   Effects - Plugins - Azyzam Design Filters - Azyzam's crazy stripes
   
   Layer palette - Blend mode = soft light
   Effects - Edge Effects - Enhance

90. Image - Add Borders - Symmetric checked - 2 pixels dark color #d33582
