PREPARATION:
Foreground color = white
- Tip: Feel free to change the opacity and blend mode from the layers if you use material of your own choice Use colors that match well and if necessary use the program ColorShemer , to help you choose .
The lesson :
- File - New Image:

- selections - Select all
- Activate the image_alizee_001.jpg
- Edit - Copy
- Edit - Paste into selection
- selections - deselect all
- Effects - Image effects - seamless tiling:

- Effects - Distortion effects - wind:

- Edit - repeat Wind
- Effects - Plugins - 2Manekenai(tm) - Mezzoforce ice with these settings:

- Effects - Plugins - Graphics Plus - Cross shadow:
(evt. lower intensity if necessary)

- Layers - Duplicate
- Effects - Plugins - Richard Rosenman - Halftone with these settings:
color: #FFFFFF

- Activate the Layer palette, opacity 30, blend mode: Dodge

- Activate this file: @nn_301210_Alizee_001_tdstudio.pspimage
- Edit - Copy
- Edit - Paste as new layer on your working area
- Effects - 3D Effects - Drop shadow:

- Layer palette: Opacity from the layer 50%

- Activate this file: @nn_301210_Alizee_lines_tdstudio.pspimage
(do you prefer to take an other image, replace the bottom layer and resize)
- Edit - Copy special - Copy merged
- Edit - Paste as new layer on your working area

- Decrease the opacity to 90% in the Layer palette
- Layers - new raster layer
- selections -load/save selection- load selection from disk and choose my selection:
@nn_311210_selection_001_Alizee_tdstudio

- Flood fill tool - fill with the white foreground color
- selections - deselect all
- Effects - Plugins - Tramages - Wee scratches:

- Again: load selection from disk and reload the same selection:
@nn_311210_selection_001_Alizee_tdstudio
- Delete on your keyboard
- selections - deselect all
- Activate the Layer palette: blend mode: soft light

- Effects - 3D Effects - Drop shadow:

- Layers - Duplicate, this is the result:
(not necessary but allowed)

- Layers - new raster layer
- Flood fill with white
- Layers - new mask layer - from image
and select my mask:

- Layers - merge - merge group
- Effects - 3D Effects - Drop shadow:

- Repeat drop shadow
- Activate the Layer palette, blend mode = Soft light:

- Activate the brush tool and select my brush:

- Layers - new raster layer
- Place the brush here (left side of your work)

- Effects - 3D Effects - Drop shadow with these settings:

- Activate the Layer palette and decrease the opacity to 70%

- Layers - new raster layer
- Activate the Brush tool and select the 2d brush:

- Place the brush here:


- Effects - 3D Effects - Drop shadow:

- Activate the Layer palette, opacity 75%, blend mode: Overlay

- Layers - new raster layer
- Again Brush tool and select 3th brush

- Place brush as follows:


- Activate the Layer palette and decrease the opacity to 70%

- Layers - new Raster layer
- Activate Brush tool again and select brush 4:

- Place the brush in the frame :

- Activate the Layer palette and change blend mode to OVERLAY
- Layers - new raster layer
- Brush tool again and select brush 5:

- Place the brush on the bottom left:

- In the Layer palette: change blend mode to soft light
- Change the colors, white is now your background color
- Activate the text tool with these settings (attention KERNING (= Spatiering) = 100):

- Typethe text in capitals: ALIZEE
- Click the green checkmark to apply

- Layers - Convert to raster layer
- Move see the print screens below:


- Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Eye Candy 5: Impact - Extrude - choose my preset on tab SETTINGS:

- Activate the Layer palette, blend mode = Multiply

- Activate your text tool again with these (different) settings

- Typeyour text (same text)
- Again - click the green checkmark to apply
- Layers - Convert to raster layer
- Effects - 3D Effects - Drop shadow:

- Move the text to a nice place, I put mine here:

- Layers - Merge - Merge all (flatten)
- Effects - Plugins - Unlimited 2.0:

- selections - Select all
- selections - Modify - contract with 5 px
- selections - Modify - Select the selection borders:

- Flood fill tool and fill selection with the white color
- selections - deselect all
- Place your watermark and save as a JPG file
