• Preparation
  Choose a light color for the foreground, I took  #d7cfc4 and a dark according one for the background, I took #877a71.
  
  
  Change foreground color into Foreground-background gradient with these settings:

The lesson

1. File - new image: Transparent unchecked, click right with the mouse button and choose your gradient:
   
2. Adjust - blur - radial blur:
   
3. Effects - texture effects - texture  with settings shown below
   Choose my texture  in the list: @nn_texture _Ibis_170509_tdstudio
   Color: WHITE
   
4. Effects - plug-in - Unlimited 2.0 with settings shown below:

5. Layers - new raster layer
6. Selections -  load/save selection - load selection from disk and choose my selection:

7. Flood fill the selection with your dark background color #877a71, SELECTION STAYS ACTIVE !!!!!!!
8. Effects - plug-in - Richard rosenman - Solidborder with settings shown below:
   Color: black
   ATTENTION: PERCENT
   
9. Repeat this filter with settings shown below (the selection is still active)
   PAY ATTENTION:  PIXELS
   
10. Layers - new raster layer

12. Flood fill the selection with the gradient

40. Click Shift + g --> Gamma correction to make the color darker:

57. Flood fill the selection with the linear gradient (keep selection active)
58. Adjust - blur - radial blur same settings – click OK and deselect
59. Activate thee layer palette and decrease the opacity to 50%
    
60. Selections -  load/save selection - load selection from disk and choose my first selection again:

61. Edit – click delete on your keyboard but keep the SELECTION ACTIVE
62. Layers - new raster layer
63. Effects - 3D effects - drop shadow:

65. We will make the Polaroid photo frame now
    File - new image:
    Color: WHITE

    Opacity between 70 and 100%:
    
74. This frame, edit - copy special - copy merged
75. Activate your working area, edit - paste as a new layer

77. Repeat the procedure with the second image and give it a nice place:
    
78. We will now decorate the album with nice accents

    Edit - copy
    Edit - paste as a new layer on your working area and move with the move tool:
