This lesson was made in PSP X Dutch version Tube, font, brush and selection Filters: Open your tube, minimise your font, extract the selection in your map selections or add a new map by using file locations Open new 640x480 px transparant Copy your tube and paste as a ney layer Duplicate layer On your layer palette activate the original tube layer (not the duplicated one) adjust- blur – gaussian blur 30 merge all layers Image - palette - script checked (only if not allready set this way) Choose script Aquarel click the little blue arrow the script will do his work now

New layer - floodfill with white Layerpalette - opacity 84% Image add borders 1 px black Duplicate layer Image - resize 50% - bicubic – resize all layers uncheked Repeat: Effects image effects – seamless tiling, with the same settings Effects - 3D effects – dropshadow with following settings Vert 0, hor 10, opacity 50, blur 8, color black Repeat: Copy your tube and paste as a ney layer Move to the left with the move tool see example Duplicate layer On your layer palette activate the original tube layer (not the duplicated one) adjust- blur – gaussian blur 30 Layer palette merge – merge visibly Effects - filter Xero Fritillary see settings

Floodfill the selection with this gradient Deselect Effects – texture effects – fine leather settings:
Layers, new layer for the next operation Foreground color to #920d19 (red) With your brush, choose @nn_text_2233_201105 Use following settings and pay attention to the opacity (dekking) and blend modus (mengmodus)
Stamp this brush at the right see example With your preset shape tool : rectangle, linestyle solid, width: 2, vector checked Foreground color = white, background color = gradient fading white with following settings: Lineair, corner: 90, repeat 0, Invert CHECKED Draw a rectangle on the left side of your image width = 100 pixels. Bottom, top and left side should be outside your image (mouse on the little blocks and pull the rectangle out of your image) Convert to rasterlayer New textlayer Select your font, lock the foregroundcolor, background = #920d19 (red) Text size 48 (size depends on the text of course) Effects- 3D effects - dropshadow settings horz/vert 3, opacity50, blur 8,color black Deselect Image – free rotate - left 90 – nothing checked!!!
