Open the tubes and masks in your program and minimize

Colors
I chose #d5d2c8 for the foreground and #80715c for the background

1. File - New - Transparent 1000-720 pixels
   
2. Flood fill tool - Fill with the background color
3. File - Open the tube from Renee: renee_tube_vito campanalla_dame.pspimage
4. Edit - copy
5. Edit - Paste as new layer - move the tube against the bottom of your image
6. Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur (20.29)
   
7. Effects - Image effects - Seamless tiling- custom settings
   
8. Layers - Merge- merge visible
9. Effects - Art-media effects - Brush strokes

    Copy the dots from Raster 3 and place them at the bottom of the arrow on the left
    Copy the dots from Raster 4 and place them at the top of the arrow at the right.
    Copy and paste the black sticker at the top right of the first frame ( Raster 6).
    Copy and paste the white clip right below the black sticker - see example (raster 7)
    Copy and paste the text below the frame on the right (raster "If you can read")
    Copy and paste the black pin on top of the arrow - make this arrow smaller if desired (copy raster 9)
