Preparation
Place the mask into your folder masks
Double click for an automatic installation from the preset jille_Halloween_2011.f1s into this map ....Your filter map\Alien Skin\Eye Candy 5 Impact\Settings\Shadow
Open the tubes and the background in your program and minimize
Material
I took #a8aea2 for the foreground and #accddc for the background
Material foreground - Prepare foreground-background gradient with these settings

The lesson

  1. File - New - New Image - Click right in the color box and choose the gradient
  2. Layers - New Raster layer
  3. Selections - Select all
  4. Open the background JHanna_191 background.jpg
  5. Edit - Copy and close
  6. On your working area - Edit - Paste into selection
  7. Selections - Deselect all
  8. Layers - Duplicate
  9. Make original layer actif
    Layer palette - Opacity 66
  10. Effects - Plugins - FM Tile tools - Blend Emboss - standard settings
  11. Layer palette - Make top layer actif
  12. Image - Mirror
  13. Layers - Load/ save Mask - Load mask from disk and choose sg_fractual-frame2.PspMask
  14. Layers - Merge - Merge group
  15. Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow
  16. Open the tube calguisgost71010
  17. Edit - Copy and close
  18. On your working area - Edit - Paste as new layer
  19. Image - Resize
  20. Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen
  21. Image - Mirror
  22. Layer palette - Opacity 45 and Blend Mode Luminance (legacy)

  25. Window - Duplicate (or shift D on the keyboard) - Close original and proceed with the copy
  26. Make a selection around the watermark and click delete
    Selections - Deselect all
  27. Image - Resize - 900 pixels width
  28. Edit - Copy and close
  29. On your working area - Edit - Paste as new layer
  30. Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow - same settings

  41. Move tool - move a little to the right and down

    Close bottom layer and highlight any active layer

  44. Layer palette - open bottom layer. The layer in the middle is actif and the top layer is still closed
  45. Selections - Select all
  46. Selections - Modify - Contract with 10
  47. Selections - Invert
  48. Effects - 3D Effects - Cutout

  50. Image - Resize - 90% - same settings
  51. Open top layer and
    Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Eye Candy 5: Impact - Perpective shadow choose my preset
  52. Layer palette - Make bottom layer actif
  53. Layers - Duplicate
  54. Effects - Plugins - Artistic - Watercolor
  55. Layer palette - Opacity 80
  56. Effects - Texture Effects - blinds
  57. Layer palette - Make top layer actif
    Material palette for the text: Close foreground and change background color into white
  58. Image - Rotate right
  59. Activate text tool with these settings

    and write Tricks or treats
  60. Click apply
  61. Layer palette - Convert to Raster layer
  62. Layers - Duplicate and make the original text layer actif
  63. Effects - Distortion effects - wind
  64. Make top layer actif and
    Layers - Merge - Merge down
    Put the text here
  65. Image - Rotate left
  66. Layers - Duplicate
  67. Effects - Distortion effects - Wave
  68. Image - Add Borders - Symmetric checked - 2 pixels black
  69. Add watermark
  70. File -Save as Give_a_name.jpg
