Open the program
*Import Andrew'sfilter in Filters Unlimited 2
Open the tubes in your program and minimize

Material
I took white for the foreground and #1d4161 (dark) for the background
Material foreground - Prepare a foreground/background gradient with these settings

  4. Layers - Duplicate
  5. Image - flip
  6. Layer palette -Blend Mode = Overlay

  9. Material - change gradient see settings below
  10. Flood fill tool - fill selection with gradient
  11. Effects - Texture Effects - Weave (Foreground - background colors)
