Preparation
Install the filters

Minimize the Font
Open PSP
Open tubes and template in the program and minimize

Foreground color #d2c2a9 background color#5f493c
Prepare foreground/background gradient with these settings

The lesson

1. File - New - New Image - click with your right mouse button in the color box and choose the gradient
   
2. Adjust - Blur - Radial Blur
   
3. Effects - Texture Effects - Fur
   
4. Layers - Duplicate
5. Image - Flip
6. Image - Mirror
7. Layer palette - Opacity 100 and Blend mode Hard light
8. Layers - Merge - Merge down
9. Effects - Edge Effects - Enhance
   
10. Window - Duplicate (or fast keys Shift D on your keyboard)
    Minimize for now
    
11. Open the tube Lys blancs
    
12. Edit - Copy and close
    
    
13. On your working area - Edit and paste as new layer
14. Image - resize
    
15. Move tool - move to right border
16. Layer palette - Opacity 60 and Blend mode soft light
17. Layers - Duplicate
18. Image - Mirror
    
    
19. Open the tube Egmond Strand__
    
    with Raster 2 Actif
20. Edit - Copy and close
    
    
21. On your working area - Edit and paste as new layer
    do not move
    
22. Layer palette - Make bottom layer actif and
    Selection Tool - Custom Selection
    
23. Material palette - Promote selection to layer
24. Layer palette - Arrange - bring to front
25. Selections - Deselect all
26. Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow
    
    
    
27. Material palette:replace gradient with solid color
28. Layers - New Raster layer
29. Selection Tool - Custom Selection
    
30. Flood fill tool - Fill with foreground color
31. Effects - Texture effects - Weave (background color)
    
32. Selections - Modify - select selection borders
    
33. Flood fill tool - fill with background color
34. Selections - Deselect all
35. Layer palette - Opacity 53 and Blend mode = Overlay
    
    
36. Open the template golden brown template
    
37. Edit - Copy and close
    
    
38. On your working area - Edit and paste as new layer

40. Effects - Image Effects - Offset

    Erase the lower part of the tube see example
    
    
    
54. Layers - Merge - Merge visible
55. Effects - Texture effects - Weave- same settings as used before
    
    
56. Open the tube 6600_JuiceDrop
    
    Make tube layer 18 actif
57. Edit - Copy
    
58. On your working area - Edit and paste as new layer
59. Image - resize - same settings as used before but now 80%
60. Move tool - Move into the right ellipse
61. Layer palette - Blend mode Luminance (legacy)
62. Effects - plugins - Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 Impact: Perspective Shadow - same settings
    
    
63. Open the same tube
    Make layer17 actif
64. Edit - Copy
    
65. On your working area - Edit and paste as new layer
66. Move tool -put nearer to the mouth of the pigeon
67. Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow
    
    
    
68. Material palette : Switch colors and close foreground color
    
69. Activate text tool with these settings
    
    and write Spring is in the air (or a text of your own)
70. Click check mark to apply
    Move if necessary - You can resize a bit if the text is too large
    
71. Layer palette - Promote to raster layer
72. Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow - same settings
    
    
73. Open the copy you made at item 10
74. Effects - Texture effects - Weave- same settings
75. Edit - Copy and close
    
    
76. Back to your own work
    Image - Add Borders - Symmetric checked - 2 pixels dark foreground color
77. Selections - Select all
78. Image - Add Borders - Symmetric checked - 35 pixels light background color
79. Selections - Invert
    
    
80. Layers - New Raster layer
81. Edit - Paste into selection
82. Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 Impact: Perspective Shadow - same settings
83. Selections - Deselect all
84. Image - Add Borders - Symmetric checked - 2 pixels dark foreground color
